At Affirm we carry neurotoxin brands Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. The right neurotoxin for you will be discussed during your consult or first appointment with me. All neurotoxins are $8/unit, taxes included (for now!).
Microneedling
Microneedling uses tiny, controlled micro-injuries to prompt your skin to repair itself and build new collagen. Over a series of treatments, it can soften fine lines, acne scarring and enlarged pores, and improve overall texture, with no injectables. Ideally, microneedling is provided in a series of 3 treatments, then seasonally or as needed. Numbing cream is applied prior to microneedling for a comfortable procedure, and downtime is minimal (24 hours on average).
PRP/PRF
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) use a small sample of your own blood, spun down to concentrate the platelets and growth factors your body uses to heal. Paired with microneedling, or injected under the eyes or into the scalp for thinning hair, they help improve skin quality, the look of the under-eye area, and hair density over a series of treatments. PRP/PRF are ideally provided over a series of 3 treatments and then seasonally. Numbing cream is applied prior for a comfortable procedure.
Microneedling with PRP/PRF
This treatment pairs microneedling with platelet-rich plasma or fibrin made from your own blood. Those concentrated growth factors go straight into the fresh micro-channels, where they can work deeper in the skin. It gives your skin’s natural repair process an extra boost, for more noticeable improvement in texture, tone, fine lines and scarring over a series of treatments. As described above, this procedure is ideally provided over a series of 3 treatments and then seasonally. Numbing cream is applied prior for a comfortable procedure.
